So the other day I broke my big toe nail, the side came off, it took quite a big chunk out, now it’s getting towards becoming ingrown – I’ve been keeping it very clean and it’s not that bad really, not even painful.
So here’s my question, I’m literally in the middle of my GCSE exams, so CANNOT afford to miss any school, I break up in 2 weeks for a 13 week holiday, would it be worth ‘nipping it in the bud’ and getting it done now while it’s not bad at all (It literally needs a tiny bit snipped out near the base where it hurts.) Or could I wait 2 weeks without making it significantly worse?
ALSO – If I went to the doctors, could they do it there and then? I need it done as quickly as possible.
Cheers for any help.

I ate some un-cooked friendship bread. Mom kept going on about how there is yeast in it. I kept sneaking some. Am I going to get sick? I ate almost the whole bowl. (After Mom was done putting it into the pan, I ate it out of the bowl it was in.) Seriously, I just finished.

Best answser:
oldtimek…:While it’s not great for you, it won’t kill you. As long as there were no other potentially harmful ingredients (eg. uncooked eggs), there wouldn’t be anything deadly. I know when I’ve had too much of anything that was raw, it did tend to upset my stomach so you might get a little bit if a stomach ache (maybe nauseous if you have a sensitive stomach), but nothing that would be that harmful long-term. Good luck and I hope I helped!

Other answser:
by Catrine:Yeast will not make you sick. It wont do anything to you. You may get a stomach ache from eating raw bread dough.
by James DiGriz:I hope not, I drink live yeast very regularly
by Allister:No clue. Try some and let me know.

It is the landlords and he mentioned the gas may have gone bad. I believe he changed the gas and oil. Spark plug looked good, and I cleaned the Bowl below the primer. I prime the mower and pull and it fires up but then quits. There is no smoke or anything it sounds good for a second or two then quits no sputtering either. What could cause this. Could there still be bad gas in it?

Best answser:
CGIV76:Don’t assume, make sure there is fresh gas and the oil is at least to the proper level. Is there a gas line shut off valve?. If all else fails, a shot of Starting Fluid into the carb will do the trick providing there aren’t other problems. I don’t know how he maintains his mower.

Other answser:
by Hondu:If the engine starts, then promptly dies after you prime it, fresh gas is getting to the carburetor. However, varnish (hardened old gas) has plugged the carburetor jets and the fresh gas cannot get through them. The high and low speed jets are the normal paths through the carb for gasoline and when you prime the gasoline bypasses those jets. The carburetor is going to have to disassembled and cleaned up. It is a very common problem after an engine has been idle for a few months and was not correctly prepared for storage. Do not spray ether (starting fluid) into a lawn mower engine. There have been more small engines ruined than cured, by far, from ether in the hands of inexperienced users.

I have this bump under my arm. I notciced it when i shaved under my arm a a week ago. It hurts REALLY bad. I havent been able to shave under my arms for like 5 days now because i didnt want to irritate it in anyway.. what should i do to get rid of it and how do i stop it from coming back.

Best answser:
MissA:It sounds like you probably have an ingrown hair. They suck, and unfortunately are more common in the armpits and pubic area after shaving because the hair there is thicker and curlier. If you can see the hair looping out from the bump, you can grab it with tweezers and pull it out, which should make it go away. Don’t go digging around in there unless you can see the hair on the surface, though, that’ll make it worse. Put a warm compress (just a hot washcloth) on the armpit… that’ll help with the pain and help bring the hair nearer the surface. Put a dab of neosporin (or other antibiotic ointment) on to kill the bacteria causing the swelling. And when you are showering, exfoliate it with a body poof. That should get rid of it in a few days.

Consumer Reports rates them as 1) Toro Z4200 $2600. 2) John Deere Z225 $3000. 3) Snapper 150Z $2600. All are 42 in. cuts and are rated high in reliability. So take you pick, they are only $400 apart.

I was taking it at a free machine. Its always high when I’m active so I took it multiple time in a few minutes so it could lower. I took it maybe 4 or five times. Is this dangerous to my circulation?

Best answser:
Bob B:I don’t believe that it’s dangerous to your circulation since only a small part of your circulatory system is restricted (and only for a short time). I have been told, though, that taking repeated readings in quick succession can often give false (lower) readings. It would probably be better to calm yourself down and unwind for a few minutes before taking it the first time.

Other answser:
by Akhilesh Singh:No it wont cause any issue , Just that the subsequent readings will be lower. Was it a wrist monitor or upper hand monitor?Self using wrist monitor , I measure abt 100 times a day :)
by formerly…:No – there are no lasting effects unless you keep the pressure cuff inflated for a sustained period of time (well beyond a few minutes).

we bought the zumba 2 game for wii and I was wondering if it was pretty accurate or way off on the calorie tracker.

Best answser:
Darrin:No calorie counter is very accurate. There are too many variables and everyone is different. It simply takes your age and your heart rate and calculates a generic number…………>
